Must be able to work 8–10-hour shifts Monday-Friday 6am- 6pm. Have 5-15 years in management and leadership and experience leading a fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure high-quality sales and client relations, and social responsibility is to company standards.
Coordinate with Owner for operational plans and strategies.
Communicate effectively with owners and stakeholders.
Travel as necessary.
Requirements
Strong leadership and motivational skills.
Ability to work 40+ hours per week.
Availability for mostly on-site work with some remote opportunities.
Experience in content creation or a related field is a plus.
